Apostle of Hustle is another one of those band’s who released a debut album that many expected would be hard to top. While this may be true, National Anthem of Nowhere is pretty solid in it’s own right. The diverse instrumentations and sounds always seem to blend together beautifully in every track, a bit reminiscent of that other well-known Canadian band that frontman Andrew Whiteman happens to be in. The album also has an incredible way of being both powerful and soft at the same time, an attribute that can be seen for example in the album’s title track. Oh, and it helps that the vocals of Whiteman are some of the best out there.
