Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga truly exhibits almost every characteristic that defines Spoon as a band. The quirky, but melodic guitar rhythms mixed with repetitive, catchy baselines and poppy piano parts that makes up a large put of their sound is clearly present. The unbelievable song-writing talents and vocals of Brit Daniels is as well. Even the at times rather eccentric attitudes the band exhibits both live and behind the scenes probably was the basis for the album’s strange title. But more than anything, Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga exemplifies the immense talents of Spoon and is just another stellar album in the band’s unbelievable discography.
