Yes, Yes‘ first single has finally been unveiled and yes, it is good. Entitled “Love etc.”, the track sees the Pet Shop Boys in their usual electro brilliance, an absurd mix of synths and other tantalizing computer generated sounds. While this doesn’t appear to be one of the track good old Johnny Marr appears on, “Love Etc.” is in fact one of three numbers co-written by Brian Higgins and his production team Xenomania, though you couldn’t tell it – where’s the Girls Aloud influences? Sounds like the same old Pet Shop Boys to us…
The single will be officially released on March 16th and will include remixes from Gui Boratto, Kurd Maverick, and FrankMusik.
