Having already Sewn Together their latest studio album, the Meat Puppets have moved their attention elsewhere, more specifically, the first leg of an “extensive road work celebrating the new record.” And as the press release announcing details of the month-long tour goes on to proclaim, “as with every Puppets’ tour, the show will be certain to range over the course of performance afforded it by the Puppets’ endearingly adventurous career.”
Sound like your kind of thing? Well, beginning in May, you’ll be able to get in on the fun. Following a one-off in Los Angeles on May 12th, the Meat Puppets will launch what is currently a 21-date U.S. tour at Waterfront Park in Louisville, Kentucky, and is highlighted by multiple nights in both Chicago and New York.
Sewn Together hits music stores on May 12th via Megaforce Records.
