Consequence of Sound is pleased to announce our second event for South by Southwest 2009. This year, CoS has teamed up with Yeah Management, Branch Marketing Collective, Tee Pee Records, and Big Machine Media, along with sponsors No Fear Energy Drink and Maximum 10 for the first annual Full Metal Texas. Yes ladies and gentlemen, we’re bringing a little metal to good ol’ Austin!
On Thursday, March 19th, Full Metal Texas will take over Emo’s Annex with a day party featuring some of music’s best metal acts, including Skeletonwitch, Memphis May Fire, Greeley Estates, FACT, Night Horse, and the Black Math Horseman. And the best part? More bands are still to be announced!!!
The festivities kick off at noon and will be open to the public, free of charge. All that’s required is an RSVP at fullmetaltexas.com.
Oh, and did we mention that upon entrance, all of age attendees will receive a “dog tag” for free beer and No Fear Energy vodka drinks? Seriously, could this get any better?
