I’m not sure what’s more shocking. The fact that South by Southwest officially gets underway this week or that only now, the Austin based extravaganza has a YouTube channel. Either way, it doesn’t matter much – after all, it’s not like we complaining that we’ll soon be taking over Austin with a stellar official showcase and two equally awesome day parties. Plus, now that SXSW is all YouTube, not only do we get a few helpful video-friendly tips of what to expect, but also a slew of music videos from this year’s acts to chew on. Oh yeah, and then there’s the part about the YouTube channel constantly being updated during the event with new content, including video of band, StudioSX interviews, panels and more. In other words, all you non-attendees can still get in on the fun!
