You didn’t actually think Phoenix would neglect a proper U.S. tour following that dazzling performance on Saturday Night Live earlier this month, did you? Of course, not!
In support of their upcoming studio album, Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix – which in just you case don’t know is set for release on May 25th, but then again, why wouldn’t you? – the French rockers have announced plans for an 11-date tour, reportedly centered around a yet-to-be-announced appearance at this year’s Bonnaroo Music Festival. The trek lasts through the month of June, and will also include stops at all the major markets. Yes ladies and gentlemen, “Lisztomania” will soon be taking over the U.S.!
