Remember Broken Social Scene curated festival scheduled to feature Apostle of Hustle, Beach House, Explosions in the Sky, Rattlesnake Choir, and Thunderheist? Yeah, it’s been canceled.
Per Arts & Crafts:
We’ve been informed that Olympic Island 2009, featuring performances by two A&C artists, Broken Social Scene and Apostle Of Hustle, has been canceled. Refunds are available at point of purchase. Undeterred in their wish to perform in Toronto this summer, Broken Social Scene will now play a free concert at Harbourfront Centre on July 11. The Rattlesnake Choir will support them.
