Well, if show #3 is any indication of what is to come during Nine Inch Nail and Jane’s Addiction‘s co-headlining North American tour, it will be quite eventful, and painful. Per Billboard.com:
Jane’s Addiction lead singer Perry Farrell is recovering from a torn calf muscle he suffered on stage at a concert in Atlanta…
The creator of the Lollapalooza music festival hurt himself during the first song Sunday night at Lakewood Amphitheatre but was able to finish the show.
According to a statement from the band’s publicist, he was taken by ambulance to Atlanta Medical Center after the show.
Doctors have reportedly advised Farrell to stay off his leg for several days, but Perry being the Perry Farrell he is, will apparently fight through the pain and has no plans to cancel any of the band’s upcoming dates.
Fortunately, Trent Reznor escaped injury during NIN’s set, enabling the band to shell out such quality moments as the one seen below.
