Those crazy kids better known as Phish are back at! Not only will Trey Anastasio, Mike Gordon, Jon Fishman, and Page McConnell be stopping everywhere under the sun, well, aside from the green fields of Texas, in the coming months, but the quartet will also be celebrating a new release, and not just any new release. On July 28th, Phish will release a brand new studio album, its first 2004’s Undermind.

According to a statement posted on the band’s website, the yet-to-be-titled LP was produced by Steve Lillywhite, who previously worked with Phish on 1996’s Billy Breathes, and will be released via personal imprint JEMP Records.

That’s all the official stuff. As for the rumors? Well, there’s one that has the album titled Party Time. This one comes from “leaked images” taken from the band’s recent studio time, and which also has the album consisting of 16 tracks, including “Time Turns Elastic”, a 13-and-a-half minute number that was released on iTunes yesterday. Of course, if you believe other rumors, like the one based off a “Billboard.com memo,” the album will be called Light (Yellow), and features 12 tracks. So, who really knows…
