Though having the opportunity to watch The Roots back Jimmy Fallon each and every night is a treat in itself, there are nights when we get that extra bonus, like when the Philadelphia outfit hangs with Zach Morris or decides to debut a song off its forthcoming album. The latter of these events hasn’t happened yet, but apparently will tonight. According to Rolling Stone, The Roots will double as house band and musical guest on tonights episode of Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, when the hip-hop collective debuts the title track from their upcoming album How I Got Over on the show.
Also on the show tonight? Sir. Richard Branson, who will announce the already announced Virgin Mobile FreeFest. Must-see T.V. to say the least.
