Phish has finally announced, or confirmed (depending on who you trust) that its upcoming three-day festival, set to go down Halloween weekend, will take place in the state of California. Exact specifics are still forthcoming, though rumor has it that the event will be held at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, aka the same place where the Coachella and Stage Coach Music Festivals are held every year.
