The Cribs 2009 Tour Dates:
The Cribs (now w/ Johnny Marr) have a new album due out on September 8th. The Cribs (now w/ Johnny Marr) will support this new album in the U.S. with a special three-date coastal swing that will take the Yorkshire rockers to Los Angeles and New York in November. If you don’t live in either of these cities (or in any of the European locations the band will hit proceeding and following its quick trip to the U.S., which includes dates with Franz Ferdinand), don’t fret. A full U.S. tour will be announced in the weeks ahead.

Passion Pit 2009 U.S. Tour Dates:
If you checked out our recent interview with Passion Pit‘s Michael Angelakos, you’d probably know that the Cambridge frontman isn’t the biggest fan of touring. However, that doesn’t mean he won’t tour. After all, Passion Pit has unveiled another round of U.S. tour dates, these centered around upcoming appearances at Austin City Limits and Treasure Island and an opening spot for Phoenix in New York. Billy Corgan w/ Spirits in the Sky 2009 Tour Dates:
As previously reported, Smashing Pumpkins’ Billy Corgan will close out the month of August by embarking on a west coast swing with special guests Spirits in the Sky, the tribute band dedicated to the late Seeds’ founder and vocalist, Sky Saxon. The six-date trek will kick off next week in Visalia, California in will see Corgan and Co. make their way across The Golden State in the days that follow.
