She’s hot. She’s a singing fiend. She’s Swedish. If you’re not hip enough to enjoy the international sensation that is Lykke Li, then perhaps you should move along to that Guided by Voices news piece, instead. The truth is, we’re pretty fond of her ourselves, and no, it has nothing to do with the fact that she’s a hipster’s dream girl. Hey, her music is something to write home about, and if you recall our 2008 year-end list, we were pretty happy with her debut, Youth Novels.
That’s why we’re uber-excited for her performance at Lollapalooza this weekend. So excited, in fact, that we teamed up with the gal to provide a giveaway of sorts. That’s right. A giveaway! While we’re braving the Chicago weather and trekking from stage to stage, we still have the audacity to provide for you… the reader.
So, what’s the prize? Well, we were given a few limited edition, hand numbered, autographed posters (see below), all from Lykke Li. We’re fans, sure, but there’s no way we need all of these.
