Unfortunately, summer is almost over.
Fortunately, we have one more major music festival to get through before it is. This weekend will see the second annual Outside Lands Music Festival bringing the likes of Pearl Jam, Dave Matthews Band, Tenacious D, The Dead Weather, and countless others to San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park. Even if you aren’t hitting up The City by the Bay, it doesn’t mean you won’t be able to get in on the fun.
In what will be the first music festival ever streamed on the Web site, YouTube will offer live coverage from all three days of Outside Lands ’09. Included are performances by Dave Matthews Band, Jason Mraz, Thievery Corporation, The Dead Weather, Silversun Pickups, Raphael Saadiq, Cage the Elephant, Atmosphere, and others. Sounds like a good way to spend the weekend … from the comfort of your office chair.
