It’s going to be a busy next couple of months for the duo of Jona Bechtolt and Claire L. Evans, aka YACHT. Beginning today, the Portland outfit will embark on a fall tour that will consist of dates with the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, appearances at both the Forward Music Festival and Pygmalion Music Festival, and a road trip across Europe. The fun will of course be in support of the duo’s recently released See Mystery Lights and the album’s free, all instrumental complement, the aptly titled See Mystery Lights Instrumental, the latter of which is available for “all non-commercial purposes, including (but not limited to): karaoke performances, confessional YouTube soundtracks, student films, personal analysis, atmospheric music, cover versions, chopping and screwing, or just to listen to if you don’t enjoy YACHT’s vocal performances,” right this very second via Free Music Archives.
