Beulah’s Miles Kurosky readies solo debut

As Miles Kurosky puts it on his MySpace, “Some guy named Miles Kurosky is putting out his first solo record in March 2010. Sounds intriguing. I should probably start saving my pennies.”

And that says it all, folks. According to Pitchfork, the former Beluah frontman has signed with Shout! Factory subsidiary Majordomo and will release his debut solo album in March of 2010. No word on other specifics quite yet, though if you head on over to Kurosky’s website, it looks like the title of said solo debut may be Rad, as in Rad, not Raditutde. He is also apparently working on a music video about a a dog in a burning building.

“Shout! Factory made me an offer I couldn’t refuse,” expalined Kurosky in an issued statement. “Needless to say, I’ve never been happier to find the head of a horse between my sheets. I’m very excited to be part of the ‘family.'”
