After realizing that Starfucker isn’t necessarily a good name for a band (they said it not us), the band soon to be formerly known as Starfucker has officially decided on a name change. Beginning November 1st, the Portland based outfit will now be known as… wait for it… PYRAMID.
We say November 1st because the boys will play one last show as Starfucker at Portland, OR’s Wonder Ballroom on Halloween. After that, they’ll be performing as PYRAMID at the rest of their upcoming dates (see listings below) and will self-release their debut UK single, “Medicine”, via their new imprint DDD exclusively at London’s Rough Trade as deluxe white vinyl 7″.
