And so we have reached a new decade, and if the first slate of new releases is any indication, it’s going to be a damn good next 10 years. Quarter #1 of the music industry’s 2010 includes releases from longtime indie staples and acclaimed newcomers, alt-folk male-female duos and weird ass virtual English projects, bands both finally releasing long overdue followups and much hyped debuts.
