To celebrate the launch of our brand new, professionally designed, super awesome website, Consequence of Sound is now seeking online advertisers and offline sponsors. Currently, CoS sits as the #39,622 most visited website on the entire internet (there are over two billion websites in existence!), and #8,435 in the United States. What’s more, our traffic numbers average at 68% every three months. You do the math.
With our new website, we can now accept ads all of sizes and formats. We also offer geo-target placement, which enables the ability to reach a specific target audience, whether defined by demographic and/or location.
Finally, CoS plans to continue developing its role in the off-line world in the coming months. To start, we’re hosting three parties during South by Southwest 2010 later this month. We are currently looking for a few additional sponsors for our Thursday party with Sled Island Music Festival — the lineup includes Titus Andronicus, Surfer Blood, and Rural Alberta Advantage, and sports a RSVP list of nearly 3,000 names. We also plan to do events in Chicago and New York this summer.
