Even though Interpol has chosen to bump up its new album release date by a week, September 14th, 2010 is still going to be epic week. On that day, Grinderman, Black Mountain, Kid Cudi, The Walkmen, Les Savy Fav, and Blonde Redhead will all drop new studio album. Well, it’s time to make room for yet another and it’s perhaps the biggest one yet.
As previously reported, The Killers’ Brandon Flowers is set to release his debut solo album Flamingo this fall. The UK will get first dibs on September 6th, followed by the US on, yes, September 14th, reports NME. The album will be proceeded by its previously heard first single “Crossfire” on August 23rd.
NME also reports other tracks on the release include “Jilted Lovers and Broken Hearts”, “Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas”, and “Playing With Fire”.
