After bursting onto the summer festival circuit in 2009 with the help of Tool, Linkin Park, and Alice in Chains, the California based Epicenter music festival will return this year for another go around. The 2010 edition, however, will feature a few changes, namely a new location — after debuting in Pomona, the festival will now take place in Ontario — and a bigger and more diverse bill. There’s also quite a few “First”‘s and “Only”‘s.

Though an official announcement won’t be made until next Monday, according to both a leaked advertisement and Interscope Records, Eminem, in his first California concert since 2005, and Blink-182, in their only US concert in 2010, will headline this year’s festivities. Also performing are Kiss and Rise Against, both of which will be making their only California performances at the festival, as well as Bush. Yes, that Bush, aka the UK alt-rock band that hasn’t performed together since 2001. Their Epicenter performance will mark their first scheduled date.

The two-day festival is expected to take place between September 25th and 26th.

Stay tuned for more details as they come.
