We already know Jack White and Conan O’Brien go way back. So it was only a matter of time, given all the other musical guests who have hung out with the late night talker recently, that Mr. White made an appearance on O’Brien’s currently ongoing “Legally Prohibited From Being Funny on Television” North American tour.

However, unlike other notable appearances from the likes of Eddie Vedder and Vampire Weekend, this one won’t actually be a surprise. Instead, as per a newly posted YouTube video, the collaboration is being teased ahead of time. As you’ll see below, the 30-second clip, backed by a soundtrack of Jay-Z’s “D.O.A. (Death of Auto-Tune)” features White, along with some mysterious cloaked figure whose too short to be Conan and probably too unrealistic to be Jay-Z, but who does look a bit like his White Stripes compadre, walking to the door of Third Man Records Studio in Nashville, TN and posting a flier that reads “Conan: Third Man Records, June 10th, 2010, 8:00 PM, 21+, First Come, First Serve.”

The video was accompanied by a Tweet from O’Brien which states: “Jack White & I are doing something cool tomorrow. Hint: it involves a LOT of Tears for Fears songs.”

That’s all the details we have for now, but something is happening in Nashville tomorrow night and whether its a White Stripes reunion and/or Conan O’Brien and Jack White jam session, I must say… Jack White has totally turned Nashville into the most kick ass music town in the country.
