Conan O’Brien and Jack White‘s friendship seemingly grows larger and larger with each passing day. After all, less than a month after Jack invited Conan to play at Third Man Record Studios, where they then cut a vinyl live recording and spoken word single together, the White Stripes/Raconteurs/Dead Weather figurehead is letting the future TBS talk show host debut the latest music video from The Dead Weather on teamcoco.com. Now if Coco could only convince Jack to reconvene The White Stripes for his forthcoming TBS debut. One can dream.
Anyhow, back to the video. It’s for the Sea of Cowards track “Blue Blood Blues” and, as you’ll see momentarily, basically features Jack and the band performing the track live from a black and white, Rotoscope-esque perspective. Looks like a Third Man Records intern had a pretty fun afternoon playing around on his MacBook.
