I thought last week was impressive. But it was nothing compared to this week’s lineup. Last week Leno ruled the airways with performances by The Black Keys, Metric (highly impressive), and Kiss, which you can re-live here, here, and here, respectively.
This week’s going to have to go to Letterman, who offers a performance by The Flaming Lips, not to mention (drumroll…) Interpol debuting a track from their new album. We will now be able to see what they’ve got up their sleeves for their new record and the ensuing tour. Sadly, we’ll also be able to see what Interpol looks like sans Carlos D.
But that’s not all! Letterman didn’t get all the goodies. Be sure to catch of Montreal on Jimmy Fallon, as they never cease to astound/confuse, and they’ve got a new album on the way. Also, She & Him and The Black Keys (again), this time on Craig Ferguson. And for your 90’s nostalgia, be sure to catch the mmm-boppin’ Hanson boys on Fallon’s Monday night show (please don’t really do this).
Heres your Late Night Lobotomy.
