For whatever reason, Ratatat‘s LP4 was one of those albums that has completely flown under the radar. Of course, that’s not to say it’s not worth listening to.
Well, in a move that will surely help get the word out, the NYC electro outfit has unveiled plans for an extensive North American tour this fall, starting September 7th in Montreal. The month long endeavor will have the Ratatat first visiting Canada and then traveling through the mid-west before ending September with dates in California and Texas. The tour will come to a conclusion in early October with a series of east coast dates, the final of which will come on October 9th in New York.
Tickets will go on sale this weekend, starting Friday, July 9th via Ticketmaster.com. Update: Each order will include a digital copy of LP4. You know, to help get the word out.
