Off the heels of its upcoming science fiction epic/psychedelic space opera Warp Riders, The Sword will be touring the world this fall and into the winter.
Beginning October 1st in L.A., nerds the world over will have the chance to hear material from The Sword’s first concept album live. The North American leg extends from the West Coast to the East, making its way through some Midwestern and Southern states in between. This leg includes an October 8th stop at Austin City Limits.
After a closing date in Chicago, the band heads to Europe in November. The Sword will hit countries like Belgium, Sweden, Austria, Italy, and the U.K. for a month, taking a break after a December 12th gig in Belfast.
In February, of course, the band begins a five-date stand at Australia’s Soundwave festival.
Grab your tickets on Ticketmaster; U.S. dates go on sale in August. Warp Riders comes out August 24th on Kemado Records, and apparently the band is putting out a video trilogy in the near future, so be on the lookout for that.
