As well as being The Tallest Man On Earth, Kristian Matsson, might also be the hardest working man on earth. Not only did he release a spectacular sophomore LP The Wild Hunt, in April, he toured Europe, followed by a commodious North American tour which concluded with an extremely well-received appearance at Sasquatch! Music Festival.
Apparently, he didnt think his work here in North America was quite finished. Beginning in Vancouver on September 8th, the tour will take him all down the west coast, back to Canada, and finally to the East for a few dates. Following his North American tour hell jump the sea to tour Europe once more to finish out the year, branding him the hardest working, tallest man on earth.
And, as we all know, good things come in doubles. Opening for The Tallest Man On Earth on his North American tour will be Bon Iver multi-instrumentalist gone solo, S. Carey. As it turns out, there’s more to Bon Iver than Justin Vernon. His solo album is titled All We Grow and will be released on August 24th. You can read more about it and hear a snippet of the album here.
Tickets go on sale this Friday, July 9th via Ticketmaster, and this would be one we recommend you don’t miss.
