You really didn’t think you could escape Kanye West for 48 hours did you?
In today’s edition of Consequence of Kanye, the Chicago based rapper has revealed that the previously unreleased 90 second painting for “Power” in in fact only a “a trailer or moving poster or moving portrait.” Instead, West told MTV that he is also planning to drop a most extensive clip for the single, one which will actually occupy about 2/3 of your hour… and wall.
“Actually, [we’re] doing a 40-minute version of it. It’s just a piece of moving art. It’s made for you to project it on your wall. We’re gonna do a DVD package where it will be kids’ first piece of actual art that they can buy and have in their home,” West explained. 50 bucks to the first person who actually follows through and puts that in a baby’s room.
West didn’t note when we can expect the film. In the meantime, however, you can wait for it by checking out some new Kanye verses on the recently leaked Kid Cudi song “Wylin’ Cause Im Young”, off the G.O.O.D. Ass Mixtape. The mixtape is scheduled for release this Monday.
