Well, it turns out the LCD Soundsystem/Hot Chip/Sleigh Bells upcoming fall tour won’t be the only opportunity for North American folks to get their dance on. In another absurdly awesome paring (anyone else noticing a trend, btw?), Washington, DC based DJ duo Thievery Corporation and legendary UK outfit Massive Attack have announced plans for a joint North American tour.
Starting October 18th in Montreal, the two musical heavyweights will then go on to visit Boston, New York, Atlantic City, Florida (wtf?), and Atlanta. They’re Halloween plans include an already announced appearance at the Asheville, North Carolina based MoogFest, and then they’ll look to conclude their travels by hitting Texas and then finally the west coast, culminating on November 7th in Los Angeles.
