Much like Surfer Blood and The Drums and The Thermals and Cymbals Eat Guitars, Titus Andronicus and Free Energy are teaming up for an indie-tastic North American tour this fall.
As an added bonus, the two up-and-coming outfits will team up for a tour only 7″. According to an issued press release, the effort will consist of one cover from both outfit. Titus Andronicus will tackle Television Personalities’ “Anxiety Block”, while Free Energy will offer their take on Bruce Springsteen’s “I’m Going Down”.
As for where you can pick it up? Their trek together is set to launch on August 21st in Boston and will feature a couple dates in Canada and one in Ithaca, NY and Columbus, OH before a brief pause. The two bands will resume their travels on September 10th in Vancouver and then their may through the mid-west and ultimately back east, concluding with a September 24th date in Washington, DC.
