Suicidal Tendencies to tour behind new old album

In case you can’t make it out to the kind-of-epic Epicenter festival this month, or even if you can, you’ll be glad to hear that Suicidal Tendencies are keeping busy. The “fathers of crossover thrash” have just released an album of re-recorded old songs called No Mercy Fool!/The Suicidal Family and will celebrate with a tour. The band will spend much of October and November traveling the U.S. following Epicenter.

The tour kicks off in Reno on October 15th and stays on the west coast for a week. At the end of the month, the band will do gigs in Colorado and the midwest. From there, Suicidal Tendencies will head south and play a couple shows in Texas in preparation for an appearance at Austin’s Fun Fun Fun Fest on November 7th. Time on the east coast will be short, with a couple of dates in Florida followed by appearances in D.C. and Massachusetts. The band will quickly cover some more territory on the way back home in the following week, including a Chicago date, and finish things off in Albuquerque on November 21st.

More dates will be added for November. You can view the full list of current shows below and get tickets here.
