It’s that time of year when the leaves start changing colors, the days get a little shorter, and everyone’s favorite Scumdogs of the Universe have decided to come back to Earth and give us a taste of what they do best. Don’t you just love autumn? GWAR is hitting the airwaves again with a newly released track, “Sick and Twisted”, off the band’s forthcoming album, Bloody Pit of Horror. We’ve come to expect nothing less than the finest brand of clever, humor-tinged shock-rock from these space mutants hailing all the way from Richmond, VA, and this track doesn’t disappoint. Hear for yourself over at MetalSucks.
Meanwhile, with the “Bloody Tour of Horror” already in full swing and dates in Australia and New Zealand for the No Sleep Til Festival on the horizon, GWAR has also announced an exclusive East Coast mini-tour beginning on December 26th in New York City. Nothing spreads holiday cheer more than a good old-fashioned GWAR bloodbath.
And that’s not all, kids.
Program the DVR now because GWAR will be making its first-ever network television appearance on October 28th on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. The band will be performing their already-released debut single off Bloody Pit of Horror, “Zombies, March!”
