One day after confirming the November 22nd release date of his fifth studio album, Kanye West has shared its title. Per West’s Twitter account, the followup to 2008’s 808s & Heartbreak will be titled My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy .
Up until the summer, Good Ass Job had been rumored to be the title of West’s forthcoming effort, however, West says “the official album title is and always was My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.” No word yet on cover art or a tracklist, but according to West, several of the G.O.O.D. Friday songs will appear on the album. So take your pick.
West has also confirmed that the album’s lead track will be “Dark Fantasy”, which was produced by West, NO I.D., and RZA of Wu-Tang Clan. “All the Lights”, another track set to appear on the effort, will serve as the album’s third single.
