So Bruce Springsteen’s appearance on J-Fal was untouchable, but that doesn’t mean the rest of late night didn’t put together a pretty valiant effort when it comes to last night’s musical entertainment. In fact, even if you omit The Boss entirety, Tuesday still proved to be one of the more memorable evenings of the year. For one, Arcade Fire followed up their SNL and MTV World Stage performances by dropping “Month of May” and “Ready to Start” on UK music program Later… with Jools Holland. Plus, Jay-Z took to Letterman to discuss his new book — side note: I wish I could dress like Hova — before his Roc Nation-signed superstar, Rihanna, promoted her new album with a performance of “What’s My Name?”. And if that weren’t enough, Conan O’Brien hosted the one and only Reggie Watts, who was his usual incredible self.
