After announcing plans to reunite for a new album just a few short months ago, legendary new wave rockers The Cars have dropped their second snippet of new music since their 1987 release Door to Door. The nearly one-minute-long clip for the new song, simply titled “Sad Song”, was released this week via the band’s official Facebook page. According to Pop Candy, The Cars’ upcoming album featuring “Sad Song” and ”Blue Tip” (another video snippet which debuted via Facebook in October), with the working title Sharp Subtle Flavor, will be released in 2011. New album? Possible tour? Let the good times roll, boys.
