Here’s “Hard Liquor”, a Dr. Dre-produced, Tech N9ne-featuring track off Travis Barker‘s much-anticipated, long-delayed solo debut, Give The Drummer Some. Between Tech N9ne lyrics like, “me and my people be so drunk, we don’t drive, we take the trolley because of hard liquor,” and Dr. Dre’s slow funk-inspired grove, the track feels like it could have easily been a California lush anthem in the early 2000s. Regardless, Give The Drummer Some is on target for a February 22nd. Better late than never, I guess.
