In a media environment that often feels like one giant commercial, it’s only appropriate that Kanye West and Kobe Bryant would eventually cross paths to sell…well, Nikes. Yes, you read that right – Nikes. Inquirer.net reports that our top artist of 2010 is set to appear alongside Bryant, Danny Trejo, and none other than Bruce Willis in an Internet only “film” titled “The Black Mamba”.
Directed by Robert Rodriguez – who also directed “Desperado” and, most recently, “Machete” – the movie will premiere during the NBA’s All-Star weekend, and finds Kanye playing the roll of an evil boss with on a mission to get his hands on Bryant’s shoes. No word if Yeezy’es eyeballs will be as red as the devil is onscreen, but you can peep two trailers below.
