Robert Plant has been keeping himself busy. Not only did he spend last fall touring Europe with his latest project, the Band of Joy, but he’s also embarking on a new leg of North American dates this week. If you think that the Led Zeppelin singer is stopping there, however, think again. Yet another set of Band of Joy tour dates has just been announced, this time for later this Spring.
The latest round of dates will kick off in Kentucky on April 8th and will see Plant and Co. snake their way westward before finishing up in Denver on April 27th. Along with the trek, the band is also confirmed to appear at both the New Orleans Jazz Festival and Telluride Bluegrass Festival.
While it doesn’t look like Led Zeppelin is reuniting anytime soon, Plant has been playing a few tunes from his old group this tour, including “Houses of the Holy” and “Rock & Roll”. Sound good? Tickets go on sale later this week.
