Like Interpol, Rush are making the most of their tour bus rental. Despite performing almost non-stop since June 2010, the Canadian prog legends have extended their “Time Machine” world tour even further. Following already announced North American and European dates in early Spring, the band will launch the tour’s final leg on June 10th in New Orleans. Multiple stops across Texas and California follow before Rush make their way up the Pacific Northwest and conclude their travels in Seattle on July 2nd. Find the band’s entire itinerary below.
As previously reported, each performance will see Rush perform their landmark 1980 studio album, Moving Pictures, in its entirety. As part of the trek, the band is offering Moving Picture Packages, which include reserved concert tickets, copies of their Classic Albums: 2112 and Moving Pictures DVD, the Caravan/BU2B CD single, a special package-only tour shirt, numbered and limited tour poster, an official Time Machine tour program, and a set of official Rush guitar picks (via Gibson). The package, as well as general public tickets can be purchased via the band’s website.
