It seems like Social Distortion has never stopped touring in the past year or so, and the trend will continue this spring. So you could call it a spring tour or just another leg of the band’s summer 2010 tour. Whatever floats your boat. The spring dates, in support of new album Hard Times and Nursery Rhymes — the band’s first in six years — will feature openers Chuck Ragan and Sharks and hit a bunch of mid-size cities across America (via Antimusic).
Social D starts the engine in Albuquerque on April 26th, rounds out the month in El Paso and Tulsa, and heads north to Missouri for two dates. After a couple more Midwest gigs, the band spends the rest of May on the East Coast, hitting places like Asbury Park, Providence, Columbus, and Norfolk. The festivities end on May 20th in Nashville, although more dates are yet to be announced.
