When No Witch, the latest LP from The Cave Singers, is released by Jagjaguwar on February 22nd, we’re going to glean that these Seattle folk-rockers are taking the gloves off and getting contentious with their music. From what I’ve heard, it’s big sounds: alt-country, stripped blues, and Pacific Northwest pop boiling over with energy. It’s the kind of band, when brought up in conversation, someone will always end with “…but I heard they’ve got a great live show.” Hear no more. See for your damn self.
The Cave Singers will team up with labelmate Lia Ices for several spring dates across the U.S., kicking off with a record release party in Seattle and a loop around the country in March and April only to wind up back home on the 23rd. Check out the dates below.
