A week after being announced as Hangout Fest’s top billed act, Paul Simon has further detailed his new album, So Beautiful or So What. The 10-track LP, which marks the music legend’s 12th studio album and the first since 2006’s Surprise, will be released April 12th via Concord Music Group. Longtime collaborator Phil Ramone produced the record.
