Who knew that harmony could look so good on film?  Bridges & Powerlines apparently did. Just check out the video for “The Jameson” from their latest LP, Eve. Co-produced by the band and Benjamin Salley, the three-minute clip finds the New York City-based five-piece pumping themselves up for something grand by drinking Budweiser, curling hair and eyelashes, shadowboxing, and doing pushups in tuxedos.

It’s all comically stimulating, but what’s most enjoyable is the way the band’s blend of bouncy synth, chugging guitar riffs, and a rich vocal harmony tickles your aural cavity. The boys say they bonded over a “common love for the intricately arranged three-minute pop song,” and the results shine on Eve. They’ve offered a free download of “Mirabell” from the album, and the video is streaming on our video channel – Cluster1 – right now.
