Along with the spaced out video for “Born This Way” from earlier this week, Lady Gaga fans can check out another taste of her upcoming LP in the form of a new track entitled “Government Hooker” (via Gaga Daily). The Queen Monster, who debuted a remix of one of Born This Way‘s tracks called “Scheiße” at another Thierry Mugler show in January, once again gave the fashion world its own soundtrack by debuting the track during her runway debut. In an interview with MTV News, Gaga called the decidedly grimier track “one of her favorites”, and while it’s not as gung-ho as the album’s title track, she did say the hip-hop-centric cut is “also empowering, but more in the direction of sexual female empowerment” (which explains lines like “I’m gonna drink my tears tonight/ I’m gonna drink my tears and cry/ ‘Cause I know you love me, baby”).
