Say what you will about his latest work, Glenn Danzig is still one of the godfathers of goth-metal, and an icon in many eyes. Those eyes will get a chance to behold their dark hero when he takes his Danzig outfit out on the road this spring. Already announced for Columbus, OH’s Rock On The Range, the band has added 21 dates beginning April 29th in Las Vegas. Lots of smaller markets get some attention, like Ventura, CA and Corpus Christi, TX, in addition to Austin, TX, Boulder, CO, Atlanta, GA, Baltimore, MD, and the final stop in Tempe, AZ. In other Danzig news, the band is back in the studio, working on the long discussed cover album. Five tracks are in the can, including unrevealed Elvis Presley and Black Sabbath songs. We’ll be sure to keep you informed as details are released. (via Bravewords.com)
