The concept of a live music video is nothing new. Countless bands have done it in the past and countless more will do so in the future. However, director Ray Concepcion has put his own unique twist on the film for Ponytails’s “Easy Peasy,” the first single off their third record, Do Whatever You Want All the Time. Instead of just showing the band rock through the high-powered tune, all the action is seen through the eyes of a sunglasses-wearing fan. The footage was filmed at last year’s Siren Music Festival on Coney Island. The sun in shining, the Ferris Wheel’s spinning, and the fans are jumping around ecstatically to Ponytail’s set. Do Whatever You Want All the Time is due for release on April 12th.
