Just last week, Scottish post-rockers Mogwai announced that they would be postponing five dates on the East coast leg of their upcoming U.S. tour due to visa issues. Looks like they’ve gotten everything straightened out—and fast—because the aforementioned shows are postponed no more. Beginning September 26th, Mogwai are set to hit New York City for the first of two gigs, with performances in Philadelphia, Washington D.C., and Boston following right behind. And just in time for their appearance at the highly-anticipated ATP “I’ll Be Your Mirror” Festival in Asbury Park, NJ on October 2nd.
In addition to the rescheduled dates, there are plenty of other chances to catch Mogwai on the road over the coming months, including a number of appearances throughout the European summer festival season.
