Fan-made films have become more well-known and even a little notorious in the past few years. Sometimes they’re an original story set in a well-known universe, sometimes it’s an amalgam of familiar faces. In the case of Grant Duffrin’s film, A Link to the Future, two fandoms are connected by one epic battle of good, evil, and time travel. As Link from the Legend of Zelda series defeats his arch-nemesis Ganondorf, Doc from Back to the Future shows up with a very familiar warning. The adventures continue, rife with confusing time paradox double speak and a harsh criticism of Zelda continuity.
