Everyone has their own hobbies to help get through the day. The more dire the situation, the tighter you hold on to those bits of escape and distraction. In the post-apocalyptic world created by Loic Guilpain in “The Great Gray,” our gas-mask-wearing protagonist find shelter in an abandoned home. Once there, he assembled strange little dolls out of the furniture he finds lying around as the Americana tunes of Vandaveer play along.
